Having reached the finishing line of the project, our company managed to complete a number of types of work: domed and radius vaults of cold zones and entrance groups, forged and cast products, finishing and restoration work, issuing an adaptation of working documentation according to the customer's technical specifications, as well as finishing the Great Hall of the residential building.

The experience gained in working on this project is our main guideline in implementing the boldest ideas, despite the difficulties of execution. And the main motive was high standards of work, the desire to adhere to aesthetic principles in the name of adhering to the concept and satisfying the wishes of the most exquisite tastes.

The new club house from the developer VESPER with its own landscape park is the embodiment of architectural poetry in Khamovniki.

The company took an active part in carrying out general construction works, installation and commissioning of the central heating point, internal engineering systems.

The company took part in the construction of the monolithic part of the building, carried out interior finishing of the premises, installation and commissioning of internal engineering systems.

The luxury hotel embodies the beauty of Moscow through unique architectural elements, spacious suites and magnificent views located in the heart of the capital, close to Red Square and the Kremlin and surrounded by Moscow's landmarks.

The company took part in the execution of general construction works, carried out interior finishing of premises, equipment supply, installation and commissioning of the refrigeration center.

NEW TINKOFF SPACE HEADQUARTERS

A unique ultra-modern space in the flexible office format is located in the AFI Square business center. The new Tinkoff Space was created according to the "city within a city" concept.

The company carried out a number of complex works during construction.

SBERBANK HEADQUARTERS BUILDING

Building B - construction of a multifunctional building that will house office space, a high-tech facility, a sports center with a swimming pool, a conference hall for 1,500 people, a canteen and restaurants, a clinic, common areas and informal communication areas.

The company carries out installation, welding, general construction work, finishing and decoration.

KAMCHATKA AIRPORT

City of Elizovo

The modernization project of the Vitus Bering Elizovo Airport includes the construction of a new passenger terminal with an area of over 50,000 square meters, which will serve passengers of domestic and international flights. The airport complex will also include a 120-room hotel and a business center. The building of the new terminal will resemble a volcanic caldera. Construction of the new terminal began in December 2020.

The company carried out general construction and finishing works, including decoration.

The object is listed in the Red Book of Archnadzor as endangered.

The company carried out restoration work on the premises at this object: major repairs of engineering systems were carried out, including replacement of terminal devices.

BUILDING OF MOSCOW STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Moscow State Pedagogical University on Malaya Pirogovskaya Street, Building 1.a

The University building has the status of a cultural heritage site of federal significance and is protected by the state. It was built in the neoclassical style at the beginning of the 20th century, according to the design of Academician of Architecture Sergei Solovyov.

The company carried out restoration work on the facade of a cultural heritage site in order to extend the service life of the historical object, and also fixed cracks.
